Huckletree expressed an interest in the occupation of 3no floors whilst we were half way through the CAT A refurbishment of the Express Building. Both the client and landlord recognised the benefits in cost and time savings by engaging Spacescape to complete a CAT B fit out.

We were engaged to redesign and implement CAT A services to accommodate the enhanced Huckletree’s requirements.

Effective and efficient Project Management ensured that the main building refurbishment and fit out could be carried out concurrently including the implementation of planning and building control requirements.

Huckletree were impressed with our ability to ensure that the client could complete tours of site with perspective tenants before the scheme was complete.
