A valuable new start

This building had reached the end of its commercial viability and the interior and services were dated. Our task was to both modernise and upgrade the building while also ensuring it could accommodate either single or multi-tenant occupation.

To achieve this we stripped the interior back to its core and completely refurbished it with a fresh, standout design scheme that split out the three floors. We completed the project on time and in budget while handling several design modifications. This included completely refurbishing the roof, which needed addressing once the redundant roof plant had been removed.
